Quick Tips to Easily Launch your First Course

Creating a course may seem intimidating at first, but it is very easy to get started. You are some quick tips that will help you launch your first course with ease:

  1. Start Small: You don’t have to start with a complex topic with a large amount of content. Swyzel was built to accommodate everything from small tutorials to large courses. By starting small, you gain an understanding of how Swyzel works and you get practice with creating courses.
  2. Start with What you Know: Choose a topic that you are comfortable with so you can create the content quickly.
  3. Plan your Title and Description: Take some time to craft these so that they attract attention.
  4. Plan your Modules: Modules are used to create separation between main topics. Determine your topics and create a module for each in your course, then go back to each module to fill them with content.
  5. Add Videos and Images: If you need help creating or finding images, there's another module in this course that offers more help with this topic.
  6. Publish your Course: When your course is ready, click the edit button on the course, and select the Publish option
